sec.54 Cancellation or reduction of period of suspension
If an interactive gambling licence is under suspension, the Governor in Council may at any time— cancel the suspension; or reduce the remaining period of suspension by a stated period. The Minister must promptly give written notice of the decision of the Governor in Council to the licensed provider. (sec.54-ssec.1) If an interactive gambling licence is under suspension, the Governor in Council may at any time— cancel the suspension; or reduce the remaining period of suspension by a stated period.
