sec.47 Consideration of representations
The Minister must consider all written representations (the accepted representations ) made during the show cause period by— the licensed provider; or any participating regulator or interested person to whom a copy of the show cause notice is given.
- (a) the licensed provider; or
- (b) any participating regulator or interested person to whom a copy of the show cause notice is given.
