sec.248 Attempts to commit offences
A person who attempts to commit an offence against this Act commits an offence. The maximum penalty for an attempt is one-half the maximum penalty for the completed offence. The Criminal Code , section 4 applies to subsection (1) . (sec.248-ssec.1) A person who attempts to commit an offence against this Act commits an offence.
