sec.166B Prohibited inducements

An interactive wagering operator or a person acting for an interactive wagering operator must not offer, or cause to be offered, to a person who is in Queensland (a relevant person ) any credit, voucher, reward or other benefit as an incentive for the relevant person— to open an interactive wagering account with the operator; or to refer another person to the operator for the purpose of that person opening an interactive wagering account with the operator; or not to close an interactive wagering account with the operator after the relevant person asks the operator to close the account.
