sec.155 Presence of inspector at certain operations
The chief executive may take action under this section to ensure the integrity of the conduct of an authorised game. The chief executive may, by written notice given to a licensed provider, direct the licensed provider not to do a stated thing in the conduct of an authorised game unless an inspector is present. The licensed provider must comply with the direction. Maximum penalty for subsection (3) —40 penalty units.
