sec.139 Gambling records to be kept at certain place
A licensed provider must keep the licensed provider’s gambling records at— the licensed provider’s public office; or at an approved place for the records. Maximum penalty—40 penalty units. Subsection (1) does not apply to an exempt gambling record. (sec.139-ssec.1) A licensed provider must keep the licensed provider’s gambling records at— the licensed provider’s public office; or at an approved place for the records.
