sec.107 Notice of termination of agreement

This section applies if an agency agreement is terminated otherwise than because of a direction to terminate the agreement given to the licensed provider by the chief executive. The licensed provider must notify the chief executive in writing of the termination within 7 days after the agreement is terminated. Maximum penalty for subsection (2) —40 penalty units.
