12 Information prescribed to be included in an entry
(1) An entry must include the information provided in the application for registration under paragraphs 8(1)(a) to (d). Note: Subsection 61JC(2) of the Act sets out other relevant information an entry must include. (2) If paragraph 61JC(2)(b) of the Act applies, an entry must also include the email address included in the application for registration under paragraph 8(2)(a).
