#### 61QG Evaluation of this Part (1) After the end of the 3‑year period beginning at the start of the proclaimed start day, the Minister must cause to be conducted an evaluation of the operation of: (a) this Part; and (b) the remaining provisions of this Act, so far as they relate to this Part; and (c) the Register rules; and (d) the Regulatory Powers Act, so far as that Act relates to this Part; and (e) the National Self‑exclusion Register (Cost Recovery Levy) Act 2019. Report (2) A report of the evaluation must: (a) be given to the Minister within 12 months after the end of the 3‑year period mentioned in subsection (1); and (b) be published on the Department’s website as soon as practicable after the report is given to the Minister.
