#### 61NE Access to the National Self‑exclusion Register by a nominated support person (1) A nominated support person of a registered individual may request the Register operator to inform the individual of so much of the content of the individual’s entry in the National Self‑exclusion Register as relates to the nominated support person. (2) The Register operator must: (a) comply with a request under subsection (1); and (b) do so as soon as practicable after the request is made. (3) The Register rules may make provision for and in relation to either or both of the following: (a) the manner in which a request under subsection (1) is to be made; (b) the manner in which the Register operator is to comply with a request under subsection (1). (4) This section does not, by implication, limit: (a) Australian Privacy Principle 12; or (b) Part V of the Freedom of Information Act 1982.
