#### 61JH Expiry of registration (1) If the registration of a registered individual expires, the Register operator must remove the individual’s entry from the National Self‑exclusion Register. (2) If the registration of a registered individual will expire at a known time, the Register operator must: (a) notify the individual that the individual’s registration will expire at that time; and (b) do so at least 14 days before that time. (3) If: (a) the registration of a registered individual will expire at a known time; and (b) the individual has a nominated support person; the Register operator must: (c) notify the nominated support person that the individual’s registration will expire at that time; and (d) do so at least 14 days before that time.
