#### 61EB Periodicals distributed outside Australia—acts of publication permitted (1) A person may do, with a periodical that contains a designated interactive gambling service advertisement, something that amounts to publishing the advertisement if the periodical is not principally intended for distribution or use in Australia. (2) Subsection (1) only has effect for the purposes of this Part.
