#### 61CC Exception—trade communications For the purposes of this Part, the communication of information that is or includes a designated interactive gambling service advertisement to a group of people all of whom are involved in the provision of designated interactive gambling services, does not, of itself, amount to a publication of the designated interactive gambling service advertisement.
