#### 60 Protection from civil proceedings Civil proceedings do not lie against an internet service provider in respect of anything done by the provider in compliance with: (a) a code registered under Part 4 of this Act; or (b) a standard determined under Part 4 of this Act; in so far as the code or standard deals with the procedures referred to in paragraph 35(b).
