#### 41 Replacement of industry code (1) Changes to an industry code are to be achieved by replacing the code instead of varying the code. (2) If the replacement code differs only in minor respects from the original code, section 38 has effect, in relation to the registration of the code, as if paragraphs 38(1)(e) and (f) had not been enacted. > Note: Paragraphs 38(1)(e) and (f) deal with submissions about draft codes.
