97 Funds in player’s accounts to be remitted on demand (1) A licensed provider must, at the request of the player in whose name a player’s account is established, remit funds standing to the credit of the account as directed by the player no later than the first business day after the request is received.

(2) In this section: business day means a day banks are open for business in the ACT.
