94 Changes to control systems (1) A licensed provider may make a submission to the commission for approval to change the licensed provider’s approved control system (a control system submission). (2) A control system submission under this section must be made in writing— (a) at least 90 days before the licensed provider proposes to start conducting interactive games under the approved control system as proposed to be changed; or (b) if the commission considers it appropriate to allow a submission to be made at a later time—within the period allowed by the commission. (3) A submission under this section must contain particulars of the proposed changes of the licensed provider’s approved control system.
