92 Authorised games to be conducted under approved control system (1) A licensed provider may conduct an authorised game only if— (a) the licensed provider has obtained approval of a control system by the commission; and (b) the game is conducted under the system. (2) A licensed provider may change the approved control system only— (a) with the approval of, or as directed by, the commission; and (b) in the way directed or approved by the commission.
