78 Direction to rectify (1) If the commission is satisfied on reasonable grounds that— (a) a ground for disciplinary action exists in relation to an agent; and (b) it is appropriate to give the agent an opportunity to rectify the matter on which the disciplinary ground is founded; relevant licensed provider, direct the agent to rectify a matter specified in the notice within the period specified in the notice. (2) An agent to whom a notice under this section has been given must comply with the notice.
