61 Commission’s belief about suitability For the purpose of forming a belief that the ground referred to in section 60 (1) (a) exists, the commission may have regard to the same matters as those to which the commission may have regard to when deciding whether an applicant for a key person licence is a suitable person to hold a key person licence.
