50 Application for key person licence (1) An individual may apply to the commission for a key person licence. (2) An application must be accompanied by— (a) a written police report about the applicant’s character and criminal history (if any); and (b) the imprints of the fingers and palms of both hands of the applicant; and

(c) a recent photograph of the applicant’s face; and (d) any other document prescribed under the regulations.
