28 Criteria for granting application (1) The Minister must not grant an application for an interactive gambling licence unless satisfied— (a) the applicant is a suitable person to hold an interactive gambling licence; and (b) each business or executive associate of the applicant is a suitable person to be associated with a licensed provider’s operations. (2) The Minister may refuse to grant an application even if satisfied of the matters mentioned in subsection (1).
