146 Register of interactive gambling licences (1) The commission must establish and maintain, in the form the commission considers appropriate, a register of interactive gambling licences issued under this Act on which there must be entered— (a) particulars of the person to whom the licence has been issued; and (b) particulars of the issue and any suspension, cancellation or surrender of the licence; and (c) particulars of any conditions to which the licence is subject; and (d) any other particulars that the commission considers appropriate. (2) A person may inspect and make copies of the register under this section at the office of the commission during ordinary business hours.
