118 Presence of authorised officers at certain operations (1) The commission may take action under this section to ensure the integrity of the conduct of an authorised game. (2) The commission may, by written notice given to a licensed provider, direct the licensed provider— (a) to refrain from carrying out any activity specified in the notice; or (b) to refrain from doing a thing specified in the notice; in the conduct of an authorised game unless an authorised officer is present. (3) A licensed provider must comply with a direction under this section.
