114 Approval of ancillary gambling agreements (1) A licensed provider may apply to the commission for approval to enter into an ancillary gambling agreement. (2) The commission may give the approval if the commission considers it appropriate or desirable in all the circumstances for the licensed provider to enter into the agreement.
