113 Ancillary gambling agreement (1) Subject to subsection (2), a licensed provider must not enter into, or be a party to, an ancillary gambling agreement without the written approval of the commission. (2) Subsection (1) does not apply if— (a) the commission considers the agreement to be an agreement of minor importance; or (b) the agreement is of a class excluded from the application of this section under the regulations.
