103 Definitions for div 7.6 approved place means a place approved under section 104 (1) (a). exempt gambling record means— (a) a record specified under section 104 (1) (b); or (b) a record specified under section 104 (1) (c)— (i) during the period specified under that paragraph; or (ii) while the circumstances specified under that paragraph exist.

public office, in relation to a licensed provider, means the licensed provider’s principal place of business in the ACT or, if the licensed provider is a corporation and has its registered office in the ACT, the registered office.
