100 Inactive players’ accounts (1) Subject to subsection (2), if no transaction has been recorded on a player’s account for the prescribed period, the licensed provider must pay any remaining balance to the player or, if the player cannot be found, deal with it in accordance with the regulations.

Responsible gambling Division 7.5 (2) This section does not apply if the player has requested the licensed provider in writing to keep the account open.
