85D Recommendations in relation to a Public Interest Monitor

S. 85D(1) amended by No. 31/2024 s. 113(Sch. 1 item 1.132).

(1) Following an investigation under Part 6 of a public interest complaint that relates to the Principal Public Interest Monitor, Integrity Oversight Victoria may make recommendations to the Minister in relation to any action that Integrity Oversight Victoria considers should be taken.

(2) Following an investigation under Part 6 of a public interest complaint that relates to a Public Interest Monitor, other than the Principal Public Interest Monitor, Integrity Oversight Victoria may make recommendations to the Principal Public Interest Monitor in relation to any action that Integrity Oversight Victoria considers should be taken.

(3) Without limiting subsections (1) and (2), Integrity Oversight Victoria may recommend taking action—

(b) to remedy any harm or loss arising from any conduct.
