66 Offence for summoned witness to fail to produce document or other thing
A person who is duly served with a witness summons to attend as a witness before Integrity Oversight Victoria, must not, without reasonable excuse, refuse or fail to produce a document or other thing that he or she was required to produce by the witness summons.
