65 Offence for summoned witness to refuse or fail to answer question
A person who is duly served with a witness summons to attend as a witness to give evidence at an examination before Integrity Oversight Victoria, must not, without reasonable excuse, refuse or fail to answer a question that he or she is required to answer by Integrity Oversight Victoria.
