92 Preliminary inquiry notice—person under 16 years (1) A preliminary inquiry notice directed to a person under 16 years old has no effect. (2) A person who claims to be under 16 years old for subsection (1) must provide proof of age to the commission in the form of— (a) an Australian birth certificate; or
(b) an Australian passport or a passport issued by another country; or (c) anything else that satisfies the commission about the person’s age.
