90A Dealing with preliminary inquiry notice for Assembly (1) This section applies if a person (other than a current or former member of the Legislative Assembly)— (a) has been issued a preliminary inquiry notice; and (b) considers that the notice requires the production of a document or other thing containing Assembly information.
