85A Meaning of Assembly information In this Act, Assembly information— (a) means information— (i) created for and received by, or created by— (A) a committee of the Legislative Assembly; or (B) the Office of the Legislative Assembly; or (C) a current or former member of the Legislative Assembly in the course of their parliamentary duties; or (ii) otherwise created for and received by, or created by, the (b) includes metadata about a record containing information mentioned in paragraph (a).
