84 Confidentiality notices—expiry A confidentiality notice expires on the earliest of the following: (a) the day the commission issues a notice under section 82 revoking the confidentiality notice; (b) the day an extension granted under section 83 expires; (c) 3 years after the day the confidentiality notice was issued.
