60 Withdrawal of corruption complaints (1) A complainant may withdraw a corruption complaint at any time. (2) If a corruption complaint is withdrawn, the commission may continue to investigate the subject matter of the complaint. Note The commission may conduct an investigation about a matter on its own initiative (see s 101).
