51 Staff of the commission—not subject to direction from others The staff of the commission are not subject to direction from anyone other than the following people in relation to the exercise of the commission’s or commissioner’s functions: (a) the commissioner; (b) another member of staff of the commission authorised by the commissioner to give directions.
