49 Commission consultants and contractors (1) The commission may, on behalf of the Territory, engage consultants and contractors to assist the commission in exercising its functions. (2) Consultants and contractors may be engaged on terms and conditions decided by the commission. (3) However, the commission must not enter into a contract of employment under this section.
