45 CEO—delegation (1) The CEO may delegate the CEO’s functions under this Act or another territory law to— (a) another member of staff of the commission; or (2) However, the CEO must not delegate a function to a person who is not a member of staff of the commission without first being satisfied that the function needs to be exercised by a person who is not a member of staff of the commission.
