278 Inspector’s special report—presentation to Legislative Assembly (1) If the Legislative Assembly is sitting when the inspector completes an inspector’s special report— (a) the inspector must give the inspector’s special report to the Speaker; and (b) the Speaker must present the inspector’s special report to the Legislative Assembly on the next sitting day.
