268 Inspector—withdrawal of complaint (1) A person who makes a complaint may withdraw the complaint at any time. (2) If a complaint is withdrawn, the inspector may continue to investigate the subject matter of the complaint. Note The inspector may conduct an investigation about a matter on its own initiative (see s 265).
