262 Non-disclosure notices—expiry A non-disclosure notice given to a person expires on the earliest of (a) if the inspector revokes the non-disclosure notice—the day the inspector gives the person a notice about the revocation; (b) 3 years after the day the non-disclosure notice was issued.
