254 Inspector—other arrangements for staff and facilities (1) The inspector may arrange with the head of service to use— (a) the services of a public servant; or (b) Territory facilities. Note The head of service may delegate powers in relation to the management of public servants to a public servant or another person (see Public Sector Management Act 1994, s 18). (2) The inspector may arrange with the Speaker to use Territory facilities within the Assembly precincts.
