253 Delegation by inspector (1) The inspector may delegate the inspector’s functions under this Act or another territory law to— (a) a member of staff of the inspector; or (2) However, the inspector must not delegate a function to a person who is not a member of staff of the inspector without first being satisfied that the function needs to be exercised by a person who is not a member of staff of the inspector.
