223 Commission annual report—not to include information (1) The commission must not include information in a commission annual report if the commission considers that the disclosure of the information would, on balance, be contrary to the public interest. or (3) However, the commission may include in the commission annual report information mentioned in subsection (1) if satisfied the substance of the information is public knowledge.
