220 Commission annual report—not to include finding of corrupt conduct unless serious or systemic (1) The commission must not include in a commission annual report a finding that a stated person has engaged in, is engaging in, or is about to engage in, corrupt conduct unless the corrupt conduct is serious corrupt conduct or systemic corrupt conduct. (2) However, the commission may include in a commission annual report a finding or opinion about conduct of a stated person that may be corrupt conduct if the statement of the finding or opinion does not describe the conduct as corrupt conduct.
