165 Examination—protection of witnesses and lawyers (1) A person appearing as a witness at an examination has the same protection and immunity as a witness has in a proceeding in the Supreme Court. (2) A lawyer representing a person at an examination or assisting the commission at an examination has the same protection and immunity as a lawyer has in representing a party in a proceeding in the Supreme Court.
