155 Offence—contravene suppression order A person commits an offence if— (a) a suppression order is in force; and (b) the person— (i) knows that the suppression order is in force; or (ii) is reckless as to whether the suppression order is in force; and (c) the person engages in conduct that constitutes a contravention of the suppression order.
