105 Commission must refer corruption reports about staff to The commission must refer a corruption report to the inspector if the corruption report involves conduct of a person who is, or was at the time of the conduct—

(b) a member of staff of the commission. Note The commission may disclose information to the inspector if it is relevant to the exercise of the inspector’s functions and the commission considers it appropriate (see s 196).
