### 99 Injunctions > > (1)  The Supreme Court may, on application made by the Integrity Commission, grant an injunction restraining any conduct in which a person (whether or not a public authority or public officer) is engaging or in which such a person appears likely to engage, if the conduct is the subject of, or affects the subject of – > > > > > > (a) an investigation or proposed investigation by an investigator; or > > > > > > > (b) an inquiry or proposed inquiry by an Integrity Tribunal. > > > (2)  The conduct referred to in [subsection (1)](#GS99@Gs1@EN) does not include conduct relating to a proceeding in Parliament.
